 Appointments

All braiding services are by appointment only. Bookings must be made in advance through our booking page. https://www.bestbraidsbysata.com/ 

 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final service cost.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• 10–15 minutes late may result in shortened service time
• 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling or extra $10 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in deposit forfeiture
• Rescheduling is allowed once with proper notice

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with:

• Clean, washed hair
• Free from heavy oils or product buildup
• Fully detangled

This helps us deliver the best results and stay on schedule.
