At Best Braid By Sata, we are committed to providing high-quality haircare products and professional braiding services. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.

Haircare Products (Returns & Refunds)

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair products cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to reflect the refund


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


Braiding Services (Appointments & Bookings)

Deposits

All service bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment time.

 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your booking time at no extra charge.

 

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15–20 minutes late may need to reschedule, shorten the service or pay extra $10 to avoid delays/ disappointment.

 

Service Satisfaction

We take pride in delivering neat, professional braids. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us before leaving the appointment so we can make adjustments immediately.

Due to the nature of personal services, completed braiding services are non-refundable.
